Daphne Gouweloos

Daphne is one of the founders of WIJ advocaten. She specialises in matters relating to business liability insurance in general and personal injury in particular. She advises and assists insurers and insured parties alike on matters pertaining to employers’ liability, general injury, traffic liability and recourse. In addition, she has a  wide-ranged expertise in government liability and disputes on insurance policy coverage. Daphne regularly publishes articles in various professional journals and is a member of the Personal Injury Lawyers’ Association.

She was previously employed as a lawyer at Houthoff Buruma (Commercial, Insurance & Litigation section), and worked as corporate lawyer at Transavia and as Senior Claims Specialist at an international insurance company.
